1 General Provisions & Definitions

re333 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "platform", "site", or "service" refers to the re333 website, app, and all associated digital services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who accesses this platform or operates an account.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. A notice will be posted on the re333 platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the site after changes are made will be taken as your automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at re333, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If there is any doubt, re333 may request relevant documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, the same device, or the same IP address, those accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses or winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. re333 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

re333 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

3.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Normal withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Transferring funds to a third-party account is not permitted. re333 reserves the right to carry out additional verification steps if needed, which may extend the withdrawal processing time slightly.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on re333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

re333 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; a ৳18,000 deposit receives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion operates under its own rules, which will be clearly stated on the promotions page.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, re333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
• re333 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

re333's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier placement and upgrades are determined based on user activity and participation. re333 reserves the right to change the VIP structure; members will be informed before any changes are made.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Permitted Use

The re333 platform may be used for personal entertainment only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to play
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform
• Attempting to defraud the system through collusion with other members
• Threatening or harassing any re333 employee
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity

7 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

re333 reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet. Bets may be declined without explanation if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

7.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet amount will generally be refunded. re333 follows applicable international betting industry standards in such cases.

7.3 In-Play Betting

Odds displayed during live betting change constantly. re333 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time and to review bets where settlement is delayed due to technical issues.

7.4 Bet Settlement

Bets on all events will be settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting authority (such as ICC, FIFA, or BPL authorities).

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.2 Termination by re333

re333 may close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any serious breach of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraud or deception
• Failure to pass age verification

• Prolonged account inactivity (re333 will provide prior notice)

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have had no activity for an extended period. The account holder will be notified in advance.

11 Limitation of Liability

As an online gaming platform, re333 makes reasonable efforts to provide a functional and reliable service. However, re333's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device-related issues
• Issues caused by third-party software or service providers (such as game studios)
• Unforeseen technical failures or interruptions during maintenance
• Any loss arising from the user's own negligence

In all circumstances, re333's total financial liability will be limited to the amount held in the relevant user's account.

Third-party game content (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is displayed under the respective game providers' own copyright and licensing terms.

14 General Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Waiver

A waiver of any one condition by re333 shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any other conditions.

14.3 Changes to Terms

re333 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be provided on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the site after any changes means you have accepted the new terms.

14.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between re333 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this document.
